For general work or non standard jobs, I charge hourly with a rate of $70/hour, plus a $30 service charge for coming out. Or if you have a specific need, I have a list of jobs with preset rates and ranges below (these still have the $30 service charge). For things not listed, please feel free to contact me so we can talk about what needs to be done and I can give a general estimate of how long it should take. Price ranges are based on the complexity of the item being installed as many items are different and can vary in how much time it takes to complete them.

Bundles!

Bundling pre-priced jobs together will save me time and save you money! Doing any number of lights switches together or along with a light fixture or ceiling fan job is $14 per switch. You can also save 5% on each bundled larger item job, up to 20% max savings!
