Privacy policy
I collect only what you send me — your name, phone number, email if you include it, where the job is and what you write about it — and I use it to quote, do and invoice your work. It is never sold, and never shared with anyone for marketing. This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

What I collect
Only what you give me: your name, phone number, email address if you include it, the location of the job, and whatever you write or send about it, including photos. The website itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts.
What I use it for
To answer you, quote the job, schedule it, do it and invoice it, and to follow up about that work (for example, to ask whether everything is still working or to let you know about a review link). I do not send marketing texts or emails unless you have separately asked for them.
Text messaging (SMS)
- How you opt in. By texting or calling (717) 538-5640, or by checking the text-message box on the contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Mr Dandyman LLC about your request and any work that follows.
- What you will get. Replies to your messages, confirmations, scheduling and follow-up about your job. Message frequency varies with the job.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier.
- How to stop. Reply STOP at any time and you will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact me by phone or email.
- Hours. I do not send unsolicited texts outside 9am–7pm Monday–Saturday, Eastern time.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are shared only with the services that carry the message or run the business (the phone and text carrier, the email provider, the invoicing and scheduling software I use), and only to do those things. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.
Keeping and deleting it
Job records, estimates and invoices are kept as long as Pennsylvania business and tax rules require. Ask by email or text and I will delete anything beyond that.
Children
The site and the services are for adults arranging work on their own homes or businesses.
